Job Description

SHARK & ASSOCIATES, an established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Noida, invites applications from qualified and experienced Chartered Accountants capable of independently handling taxation, auditing and corporate compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation, review and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other entities.
- Preparation and filing of GST Returns, reconciliations and related compliances.
- Conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits, including finalisation of Financial Statements.
- Incorporation of Private Limited Companies, LLPs and other business entities.
- Handling MCA/ROC filings and corporate law compliances.
- Representing clients in Income Tax and GST assessments, notices and related proceedings.
- Supervising accounting assignments and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Independently managing client assignments,



skilled correspondence and statutory deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA).
- 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with a practising CA firm.
- Strong practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Auditing and Companies Act compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally, Income Tax and GST Portals, MCA Portal and MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage professional assignments and communicate effectively with clients.
