Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 8+ years of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Middle East Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central Integration, and Payroll Posting to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions across global and Middle East regions.

Experience in additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Time Management will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Configure payroll schemas, rules,



wage types, PCRs, payroll control center, and payroll processes.

Design and implement payroll solutions for Middle East countries including:

- UAE
- Saudi Arabia - Must have
- Qatar
- Kuwait- Must have
- Oman
- Bahrain
- Jordan

Manage payroll processing, retro calculations, off-cycle payroll, year-end activities, and statutory reporting.

Conduct payroll workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.

Perform payroll testing including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA.

Experience in payroll posting and finance reconciliation processes.

Exposure to global payroll and localization requirements.
