Role & responsibilities

Market Development

Develop and implement export strategies for APAC markets.

Identify new business opportunities within the APAC region.

Manage compliance with International trade regulations in the APAC region.

Team Management

Lead, monitor and manage the International Customer Support team

Allocate responsibilities, set targets and review performance to ensure effective team output

Customer & Distributor Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with the International clients, distributors

Resolve queries and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with QA & QC, R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Supply chain, etc.
