About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Marketing Lead/Marketing Manager to lead and own the organization's end-to-end marketing function. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across enterprise markets in the USA and India.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, brand building, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, corporate communications, and marketing analytics. This individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to accelerate business growth while building a high-performing marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the overall marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Design and execute enterprise-focused B2B marketing campaigns targeting customers across the USA and India.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through digital channels, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets while ensuring measurable ROI and business impact.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and feature launches.
- Plan and manage industry events, conferences, webinars, and field marketing programs to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence.




- Own the marketing technology stack and leverage data, dashboards, and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize marketing programs for higher conversion and engagement.
- Partner closely with Sales and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
- Identify current growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing functions and teams.

- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer journeys, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience marketing technology, IT services, AI solutions, SaaS, or enterprise products/services is highly preferred.
