Experience- 4 to 6 Years

Compensation (Yearly)- INR() 1,200,000 to 1,500,000

- Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programmes, and project progress reports.
- Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays and critical-path issues.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, procurement, and execution teams.
- Conduct progress review meetings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain planning documentation and provide regular updates to project leadership.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and Architecture or a related discipline.
- 46 years of planning experience in hospital projects,
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, with solid scheduling and analytical skills.

- Lead overall project execution and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hospital design requirements, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:





- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 20+ years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in hospital or healthcare projects.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a hospital construction project, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, design specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, medical gas pipelines, and other hospital-specific services.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and civil/structural teams to resolve site issues.
- Ensure quality, safety, statutory compliance, and timely execution of MEP works.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 812 years of MEP experience in large building projects, preferably hospitals or healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire and life safety systems, medical gases, testing, and commissioning.
