Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end real estate/construction projects from planning to handover.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, site progress, and execution activities.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track drawings, approvals, procurement, resource allocation, and project documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress trackers, and management updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of project issues, delays, and coordination bottlenecks.
- Support quality, safety, compliance, and project handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction.
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, scheduling, site execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
- Comfortable working from Bandra, Mumbai, and visiting project sites as required.
