- Content Developer - Automobile Domain
- Senior Content Developer with 57 years of relevant experience in automotive learning content development.
- The resource will be based at TMPV, Ahura Centre, Mumbai, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise in developing and reviewing ILT, VILT, video-based learning content, eLearning modules, microlearning, product training, soft skills and behavioural training, sales enablement toolkits and playbooks, assessments, AI-generated content, infographics, job aids, SOPs, and other learning assets.
- Ability to understand business requirements from Tata Motors stakeholders and translate them into detailed content briefs for the upGrad Content team.
- Experience in creating Instructional Design (ID) Sheets,



reviewing content, and ensuring quality deliverables aligned with Tata Motors' processes and policies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and content governance skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with Automotive OEMs or Learning/Content Development agencies is preferred.
- The candidate should be proactive, quality-focused, and demonstrate a solid balance of ownership, smooth execution, and smart work.
- The resource will be on the payroll of upGrad.
