About the Role

Huntingcube Recruitment Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to build their careers in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates for various IT and technical positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

- Understand job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.

- Screen resumes and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.

- Conduct initial candidate calls to discuss job opportunities, experience, CTC, notice period, and location preferences.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers,



and recruitment reports.

- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and submission deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers or candidates with 06 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Interest in IT recruitment and technical hiring.

- Basic understanding of MS Excel and job portals is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
