Key Responsibilities Duties
Floor Supervision Operational Execution:
Oversee day-to-day ground operations, work allocation, and line execution to ensure daily operational/production targets are met.
Enforce safety protocols, 5S standards, cleanliness, and workplace discipline among workers or shop-floor staff.
Monitor worker attendance, shift schedules, break timings, and task assignments.
Resolve routine operational bottlenecks, machine/facility issues, or material shortages promptly by escalating to line managers.
Administrative Reporting Support:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational summary reports, attendance logs, and logbook entries for management.
Assist in maintaining inventory records, stock counts, inward/outward registers, and goods receipts.
Handle routine office communication, vendor/client coordination, and document filing (both digital and physical).
Coordinate with HR, accounts,



and purchase departments for routine administrative approvals, gate passes, and staff queries.
Quality Compliance Oversight:
Inspect work output or product quality periodically to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Assist in organizing team briefings (toolbox talks), shift handovers, and basic task training for current staff or helpers.
