Develop and prototype AI coding agent workflows with a spec-first approach, including evaluation, documentation, and collaboration in a quick-moving AI environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work spec-first by writing task specs with acceptance criteria and building AI coding agent solutions; prototype and demo using FastAPI endpoints and Docker containers; test and evaluate agent behavior using tracing tools; explore and assess new AI models and tools; document code and demos for reuse; collaborate with engineering and product teams using Git and code review.
Requirements
Python, Git, Docker, FastAPI, LLM project development, Transformer architecture concepts, Major LLM families including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, open-weight models, AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Spec-first thinking, Problem solving, Curiosity
