Responsibilities: -

- Oversee operation and maintenance of all ELV & AV and lighting systems (indoor & outdoor), ensuring reliability and safety.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules as per PM calendar.
- Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns, maintaining proper records of assets, spares, and RMAs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and import substitution to ensure cost-effective and uninterrupted operations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house technicians for ELV & AV and lighting services.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failures and ensure corrective actions.
- Maintaining history cards of all employees.
- Effective manpower management and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.




- 7-10 years of relevant experience in AV systems maintenance, lighting management, or facility operations.
- Strong knowledge of ELV & AV equipment, lighting systems, projectors, and control systems.
- Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and RCA processes.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, contractor supervision, and company coordination.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial comparatives and manage procurement approvals.
- Proficiency in report preparation (MIS, asset records, compliance reports).
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
