Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused F&B; Executive to oversee food and beverage operations at M3M Route65, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will coordinate with food court operators, restaurant partners, tenants, and internal mall teams to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, hygiene compliance, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- F&B; Operations: Monitor the day-to-day functioning of food courts, restaurants, cafs, and other F&B; outlets within the mall.
- Tenant Coordination: Maintain effective relationships with F&B; tenants, restaurant managers, vendors, and operational partners.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service, promptly address complaints, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Hygiene & Food Safety: Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, waste disposal, pest control, and compliance with applicable food safety standards.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of F&B; outlets and ensure adherence to mall SOPs, operational guidelines, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Sales & Business Monitoring: Track outlet performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational challenges; support initiatives to improve consumption and business performance.
- Coordination with Mall Teams:



Work closely with housekeeping, security, engineering, marketing, and facility management teams to ensure seamless F&B; operations.
- Events & Promotions: Coordinate with the marketing team and F&B; tenants for food festivals, promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and special events.
- Vendor & Service Management: Monitor service quality, delivery movement, loading/unloading, and vendor activities as per mall guidelines.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily inspection reports, tenant feedback, incident records, customer complaints, and operational checklists.
- Safety & Emergency Management: Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements, emergency procedures, and safe operating practices across F&B; areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 25 years of experience in F&B; operations, food courts, restaurants, hospitality, or mall operations.
- Experience in mall-based F&B; operations or food court management will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, customer service, and operational SOPs.
- Strong tenant coordination, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per mall operational requirements.
