Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end IT recruitment across technologies and seniority levels
• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
• Screening and coordinating interviews with clients
• Managing candidate engagement and offer follow-ups
• Working closely with hiring managers and clients for closure requirements
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and pipeline management
Desired Skills:
• Experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring
• Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience working on niche technology requirements is preferred
