P SP Hospital is Urgently hiring !!! for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to manage the overall HR operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, staff handling, and other day-to-day HR activities. (Male and female candidates both can apply )

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process for various positions across the hospital.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management for timely hiring.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
- Handle payroll-related activities, including attendance and salary coordination.
- Manage and address day-to-day HR-related concerns of employees and staff.
- Maintain proper HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement, discipline, and workplace coordination.
- Effectively manage and coordinate with hospital staff and employees.




- Handle other HR-related responsibilities as required by the hospital management.

Preffered Candidate Requirements

- Male and female candidates both can apply.
- Candidates with prior HR experience in the healthcare, medical, or hospital industry will be preferred.
- Experience in handling hospital staff, medical professionals, and other healthcare employees will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people-management and employee-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment, payroll, and general HR processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with management, employees, and different departments.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR documentation
