Role & responsibilities

- End-to-end responsibility for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and consolidation.
- Oversee statutory financials, consolidation, internal reporting, and ensure adherence to accounting policies and governance standards.
- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statements), Quarterly Schedules including BS Variance.
- Ensure timely closure of books (monthly / quarterly / annual) as per Ind AS and Group reporting timelines.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Collaborate with Plant team, other stake holders and corporate functions to drive financial discipline.
- Responsible for monitoring of Capex, capitalization in SAP & Fixed Assets Depreciation calculations including WBS creation etc, also Support in Physical assets verification and post activities.
- IndAS Accounting of lease, Employee Loan, Borrowings etc.,
- Working Capital Projection, Monitoring and Control. Specific emphasis on Inventory, advances and payables.
- Oversee Bill Processing / Payments release and per Credit agreed terms, suppliers and resolve escalation on bills / claims in line with SOP and company Guidelines.




- NGF related activities like Invoice creation, Receipts Clearing recon, follow-up with commercial/RW for Invoice Generation and amount receipts.
- Monitor Cash flow / fund projection, control, payment and reporting. Handling Direct Taxes, Advance Tax estimations inputs, TDS compliance.
- Monitor / support in handling the Insurance activities like proper Insurance coverage, claim handling and settlement.
- Month end, quarter and yearly provisions and reversals, Review of Controls & Corrections in the accounts department.
- Monitoring employee-related payments / expenses, Related party related documentations and compliance, Interunit/intercompany reconciliations.
- Accounting and MIS activities related to AMPL KDP – Provisions, RPT, NGF payables etc
- Accounting activities related Dalmia Vidya Mandir – Transactions, Annual audit, Salary processing etc.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in reporting and consolidation cycles.
- Ensure implementation of adequate internal financial controls (IFC).
- Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.
