Job Summary

Next Education India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of NextOS across schools and coaching institutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing school or coaching ERP/LMS solutions, along with at least 2 years of experience managing a field implementation team. The role involves managing multiple deployments, ensuring timely go-live, driving product adoption, training end users, resolving implementation challenges, and coordinating with institutional stakeholders and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP/LMS Implementation & Deployment

- Lead end-to-end implementation of school/coaching ERP/LMS solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Develop implementation plans, track milestones, and ensure timely deployment.
- Identify implementation risks and resolve operational challenges.

2. Field Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and monitor field implementation executives.
- Allocate assignments and manage field visits based on project priorities.
- Track team productivity, implementation progress, and target achievement.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to implementation processes and reporting standards.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with school management, principals, administrators, teachers, and coaching institution stakeholders.
- Act as the primary escalation point for implementation-related issues.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure effective resolution of operational concerns.
- Ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success or Support team after deployment.

4. Training & Product Adoption





- Conduct training sessions for teachers, administrators, and end users.
- Drive effective adoption of ERP/LMS features across academic and administrative functions.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and implementation documentation.
- Monitor post-deployment adoption and identify additional training needs.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Product, Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Track implementation issues, customer feedback, and enhancement requests.
- Escalate technical dependencies and operational risks that may affect deployment timelines.
- Recommend process improvements based on recurring implementation challenges.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Maintain implementation dashboards, project reports, and customer documentation.
- Track deployment status, go-live timelines, pending activities, and issue resolution.
- Monitor implementation KPIs, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and field team performance.
- Ensure achievement of implementation targets and delivery standards.

7. Field Travel & In office Support

- Visit schools and coaching institutions for requirement gathering, deployment, training, and issue resolution.
- Plan site visits according to project milestones and business priorities.
- Provide on-site assistance during critical implementation and go-live stages.
- Travel approximately 1012 days per month as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 58 years of relevant experience in ERP/LMS implementation.
- Mandatory:



Hands-on implementation experience with school or coaching ERP/LMS solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a field implementation team.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, software configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live processes.
- Knowledge of school administration workflows, including admissions, student information, attendance, fee management, examinations, timetables, and parent communication.
- Experience managing multiple customer implementations and coordinating with institutional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel 1012 days per month.

Preferred Profile

- Experience implementing ERP/LMS platforms across multiple schools or coaching institutions.
- Exposure to multi-location deployments and field operations.
- Experience handling customer escalations, implementation risks, and post-go-live adoption.
- Ability to translate institutional requirements into practical software configurations and implementation plans.
- Strong focus on implementation quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

Fixed CTC of up to 8 LPA, depending on relevant experience, ERP/LMS implementation expertise, and team management capabilities.
