Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of loan operations professionals to ensure efficient processing and servicing of commercial loans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, account managers, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial lending or related field (commercial loans, loan operations, loan servicing).
- Robust understanding of LoanIQ platform and ability to leverage its capabilities for efficient loan management.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
