Job Summary

Combine technical leadership, project management, embedded automation, and client-facing responsibilities for motor control systems

Key Responsibilities

- Lead embedded automation and validation activities for motor control applications
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest
- Work with embedded C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller-based systems
- Develop and validate motor control applications involving BLDC and PMSM motors
- Work with 6-step commutation and other motor control techniques
- Apply knowledge of AC/DC motor control principles
- Work with communication protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN
- Work with STM, XMC, and similar microcontroller platforms
- Read and review hardware schematics
- Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor test benches
- Track, analyze, and report defects using JIRA or similar tools
- Lead projects using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customers
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical updates
- Lead and mentor engineering teams as required





Required Skills Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in embedded automation and motor control
- Solid proficiency in Python and PyTest
- Experience with Embedded C/C++
- Strong understanding of RTOS and microcontroller architectures
- Hands-on experience with BLDC/PMSM motor control
- Strong understanding of I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN
- Experience with STM, XMC, or similar controllers
- Experience with embedded hardware debugging
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Client-facing experience

Good to Have

- Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications
- Experience with MAGTROL or similar motor test systems
