Position: Sterile Process Engineering Operator
Department: Engineering / Sterile Manufacturing

Aseptic Equipment Maintenance

- Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of aseptic processing equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot filling machines, vial washing machines, sterilization tunnels, autoclaves, capping machines, isolators, and associated utility systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of sterile manufacturing equipment with minimum downtime.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.

Packaging Machine Maintenance

- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment such as:
- Blister packing machines
- Cartoning machines




- Labeling machines
- Serialization systems
- Shrink wrapping machines
- Case packers and palletizers

- Conduct machine changeovers and setup activities.
- Ensure packaging equipment operates within validated parameters.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to vial, ampoule, and ophthalmic manufacturing facilities.
- Experience handling OEM maintenance activities and spare part management.
- Knowledge of PLC-based machine troubleshooting and automation systems.
