Role & responsibilities

- Store Operations: Manage daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations, including order acceptance, processing coordination, and timely delivery.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries, complaints, garment-related issues, and service requests professionally.
- Order & Billing Management: Ensure accurate order entry, billing, payment collection, and maintenance of customer records.
- Staff Management: Supervise store employees, assign duties, manage attendance, and monitor performance.
- Garment Quality Control: Check garments during intake and delivery, maintain proper tagging, and ensure quality standards are followed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor detergents, packaging materials, consumables, and other store supplies.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets, promote additional services, and encourage repeat customers.
- Pickup & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely collection and delivery of customer orders.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, order records, pending deliveries, customer complaints, and operational expenses.
- Store Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in retail store management, laundry, dry cleaning,



hospitality, or service-oriented businesses.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in laundry services, garment care, retail outlets, or franchise operations will be preferred.
- Operational Skills: Experience in managing daily store operations, order processing, billing, inventory, and quality control.
- Customer Handling: Strong customer service skills, including complaint resolution and customer relationship management.
- Team Management: Ability to supervise store staff, manage shifts, monitor attendance, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Sales & Reporting: Ability to achieve sales targets, maintain daily reports, and monitor store performance.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems, CRM software, or order management systems.
- Personal Attributes: Positive communication, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.

Preferred candidates: Those who have independently managed a retail outlet, laundry store, dry-cleaning centre, or customer-facing service business and can handle both operational responsibilities and revenue targets.
