We are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Leader (DSL) to drive business growth through the Agency Channel in UP.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Life Insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop insurance HNI advisors.
- Build a productive advisor network and achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales performance and improve advisor productivity.
- Develop business strategies to increase market penetration.
- Manage relationships with advisors and support business development.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Mandatory Agency Channel experience.
- Experience in advisor recruitment, team management, and sales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
