Eligibility Criteria:

BE / B.Tech (Full Time)

* Pass-out Years: 2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026

* Branches: Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Automobile / Metallurgy / Tool & Die Making

* Experience: Freshers

* Gender: Male & Female

* Age Limit: 18 to 24 years (as of May 2024)

CTC: 2.77 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

* Work in QA, Tool Room, Machine Shop, Assembly & Die Casting Shop in all shifts

* Participate in Lean / TPM / Kaizen / 5S initiatives with Production Supervisors

* Follow all safety rules and shop floor policies

Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Chakan / Talegaon area after selection.
