Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor fraud analysts and investigators, overseeing daily operations and training.
- Manage fraud detection, transaction surveillance, risk rules, and investigations.
- Oversee AML/KYC escalations and suspicious transaction monitoring.
- Lead stock exchange inspections, regulatory audits, and compliance reporting.
- Handle exchange queries, audit findings, and regulatory responses.
- Prepare fraud risk reports for senior management and the CCO.
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams to strengthen fraud prevention and surveillance systems.
