Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all inward and outward material records.
- Handle manpower utilization and daily shop-floor coordination effectively.
- Conduct month-end raw material physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain separate storage for rejection materials
- Communicate dispatch details to concerned departments after material dispatch.
- Arrange raw materials as per BOM/Kitting Sheet and issue materials to Production/job work activities.
- Maintain and control Returnable DC records accurately.
- Maintain accurate Job Work records and documentation.




- Maintain valuable housekeeping and proper storage practices in stores.
- Ensure timely issue of materials against approved indents and complete accounting in SAP.
- Ensure 100% transaction compliance as per dispatch checklist.
- Perform all material transactions in SAP against IOF accurately.
- Ensure timely material supply to production lines and subcontractors for uninterrupted operations.
- Support and coordinate with all departments during internal and external audits.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Stores, Inventory, and Logistics operations
- Experience in SAP material transactions
- Good understanding of BOM, GRN, DC, and Job Work processes
- Inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
