Job Description Store Executive/Store Incharge

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the inward and outward movement of materials and maintain stock records.
- Receive materials and verify quantities against invoices and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to laboratory and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain inventory records using Excel and stock registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Monitor expiry dates and identify damaged or expired materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability and timely deliveries.
- Maintain records of purchase invoices, delivery challans, and stock transactions.
- Prepare stock reports and inform management about low-stock items.




- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the store area.
- Follow applicable storage, safety, and material-handling procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with store or inventory management experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in store management, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or healthcare industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and manage materials efficiently.Role & responsibilities
