Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for business loans, equipment finance, machinery loans, term loans, and working capital solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify current business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while driving growth.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry.
- Strong understanding of bl (business loan), equip finance (equipment financing), machinery loan, msme loan, term loan, WC (working capital) concepts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
