- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain technical concepts in a easy, structured, and industry-oriented manner.
- Conduct practical exercises, tool demonstrations, and project-based learning sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and technical assessments.
- Mentor students in technical problem-solving and project development.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, aptitude assessments, and placement opportunities.
- Track student attendance, progress, and training completion.
- Coordinate with the HR and placement teams regarding student progress and interview readiness.
- Stay updated on current semiconductor industry trends, tools, and technologies.
