Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, tender documents, and estimates from drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quantity takeoffs.
- Verify contractor bills against quantities taken off at sites.
- Ensure compliance with construction contracts and quantity surveying principles.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues related to quantity estimation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field (B.Tech / B.E. Civil preferred).
- Solid understanding of Quantity Estimation, Contractor Billing, and Construction Contracts.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs and estimating costs accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
