Role & responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and assistance to patients before, during, and after diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor and record patients vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, as required.
- Assist doctors and clinical staff during examinations and medical procedures.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic investigations and explain procedures as required.
- Administer medications and treatments only as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, consent forms, and other relevant documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, hygiene, sterilization, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.




- Ensure nursing equipment and emergency supplies are available and maintained properly.
- Identify changes in patients’ conditions and promptly inform the concerned doctor or clinical in-charge.
- Provide basic emergency assistance within the scope of training and competence.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure respectful, skilled patient handling.
- Coordinate with reception, laboratory, radiology, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Follow company policies, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.
