- Shadow every function to map current-state processes; produce Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) to handover and audit standard.

- Build and own new automations while an existing contractor-managed UiPath estate continues to run in parallel; coordinate with that team, avoid duplicate builds, and absorb handover of those automations as your own estate matures.

Content and Blog Automation

- Build an end-to-end blog pipeline: pull target keywords from the keyword bank, generate SEO-structured drafts via the Claude API using per-brand voice and tone profiles, auto-generate meta title, meta description, slug, alt text and internal links, route to a human review and approval queue, auto-publish to the correct WordPress/CMS site, ping Search Console for indexing, and log the published URL back to the content tracker.

- Enforce quality gates in the pipeline: plagiarism and AI-detection checks, keyword-density and readability thresholds, brand-term validation, and a mandatory human approval step before anything goes live.

- Automate content refresh — identify decaying pages from Search Console data, regenerate updated sections, and route for approval.

Social Media Automation

- Automate the full publishing cycle across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Pinterest: calendar ingestion from the social media calendar, AI-generated platform-specific captions and hashtags, creative pairing from the approved asset library, scheduling, publishing via platform APIs or a scheduler, and failure alerting.

Power Platform Development

- Build cloud and desktop flows across SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel Online, Dataverse, Forms and Approvals, plus custom connectors and HTTP/API integrations where standard connectors fall short.

- Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) for internal data capture, approval and tracking.

Reporting and MIS Automation

- Replace manually assembled MIS with automated pipelines — scheduled extraction, transformation, validation, refresh and distribution.

- Automate daily attendance and punch-in reporting, department MIS, project progress reporting and payment/follow-up trackers.

- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards: data modelling, DAX, Power Query, gateways, scheduled refresh and row-level security.

- Automate recurring report delivery to leadership, internal teams and stakeholders, with exception alerting when numbers breach expected bands.

Production Operations and Governance

- Own the production estate: monitoring, failure alerting, incident triage, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.

- Maintain version control, Dev/UAT/Prod separation, deployment documentation and a tested rollback path for every automation.

- Enforce security standards — credential vaulting, least-privilege service accounts, PII handling, audit logging and retention. Social media and CMS credentials must move into a vault; no plain-text credential storage.

- Write the runbooks and train business users to trigger, monitor and first-line-support their own automations.

4. Required Skills

- 4–7 years building and supporting production automations you can walk through in detail.

- UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, triggers, selectors and exception handling — production experience, not training-lab experience.

- Power Automate: cloud and desktop flows, connectors, expressions, approvals, solutions and environment management.

- n8n, Make, Zapier or an equivalent orchestration tool: API-driven workflows, webhooks, scheduling, branching and error handling in production.

- Depth in at least two automation platforms and the demonstrated ability to pick up a third — we care far more about your judgement in choosing tools than about loyalty to any one of them.

- Programming in Python or .NET/C# or VB.NET; REST/SOAP API integration, JSON/XML, OAuth, API keys and webhooks.

- SQL — queries, joins and stored procedures; advanced Excel automation and large-scale data manipulation.

- Shipped LLM API work (Claude, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) including prompt design, structured output, context management and cost control.

- Strong PDD, SDD and runbook documentation discipline.

- Ability to extract requirements from non-technical users, including the exceptions they forget to mention.
