Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage insurance company and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) tie-ups for the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with insurance providers, securing new hospital empanelments, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating the execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and develop tie-ups with health insurance companies, TPAs, and other healthcare financing partners. Identify potential insurers and TPAs and initiate the hospital empanelment process. Coordinate documentation, credentialing, applications, and empanelment approvals. Negotiate tariffs, treatment packages, reimbursement rates, and commercial terms with insurers and TPAs. Coordinate the preparation,



review, and signing of MOUs, contracts, and service agreements. Manage renewals, amendments, and updates to existing agreement Build and maintain solid relationships with insurance company representatives and TPA network teams. Coordinate with hospital billing, finance, operations, and insurance departments to resolve empanelment-related issues. Maintain an updated database of empanelled insurance companies, TPAs, agreements, and contract validity. Track empanelment progress and identify opportunities to expand the hospital's insurance network.
