Designation: Systems Requirements Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Eligibility

- Master/Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Automobile/Electro-mechanical and allied disciplines.

Must have Skills.

- Good system perspective with at least one of hardware/ software/ mechanical/ electro-mechanical engineering experience.
- Robust verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have.

- Prior hands-on experience in requirement engineering - in any of Automotive/ Aerospace

/Rail/ Medical domains.

- Experience in requirement analysis, elicitation and management, technical documentation.
- Hands on with requirement management tool (Cradle, Cameo, DOORS, etc.), writing scripts (Eg DXL).
- Knowledge of model-based systems engineering, requirement modeling, SysML.
- Experience/knowledge of ASPICE, automobile/electro-mechanical engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of system safety assessment, generation of safety / security requirements.





Job Responsibilities

- Requirement analysis, elicitation, and generation from customer specifications for products under scope.
- Capture requirements at all levels of system - software, hardware, and mechanical engineering disciplines.
- Usage of tools, automation of tasks (Eg scripting) for requirement management.
- Responsible for requirement traceability and coverage
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders and customers.
- Organizes and participates in customer meetings, requirement review and system architecture review.
- Support process compliance and adhere to the process guidelines (in the context of automobile industry ASPICE).
- Understand and relate global standards and guidelines in auto industry at workplace.
