Job Summary
NiSource Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a basic understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills and experience.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Meet recruitment targets and close assigned requirements within deadlines.
- Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a team.
- Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for Java, .NET, Python, QA Testing, DevOps, Cloud, and other IT roles/ Sometimes non IT requirements.
- Familiarity with recruitment trackers and candidate management systems.
