ELIGIBILITY FRESHERS

- UG / Graduate from any stream
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Candidates looking to begin their career in International Customer Support / BPO

ELIGIBILITY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES

- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory




- International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Excellent customer-handling skills
- Ability to manage customer queries and challenging situations professionally

- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy
- Ensure complete adherence to process and quality standards
