Role: Manager/ Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition- FLS Hiring

Location: Mumbai and Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales (FLS) roles.
- Manage bulk/mass hiring across assigned geographies.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, MIS, and hiring dashboards.




- Travel extensively for hiring drives, branch visits, and stakeholder meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in FLS hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Robust team handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in Life Insurance/BFSI preferred.

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across assigned locations.
