Key Responsibilities & Requirements Mechanical Procurement
- Experience in procuring mechanical commodities, particularly fabricated components and assemblies.
- Hands-on experience in part development, working closely with suppliers, design, and manufacturing teams to optimize cost, quality, and product performance.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely procurement of materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, designs, and GD&T; specifications.
- Knowledge of machining and forging procurement will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP MM or any other Supply Chain Management (SCM) ERP system will be preferred.
