The Special Educator will be responsible for identifying and supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties, preparing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), providing remedial instruction, and recommending appropriate classroom accommodations. The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, the school counsellor and other specialists to monitor student progress, maintain confidential records, promote inclusive teaching practices, and ensure the academic, social and emotional development of every child in accordance with applicable CBSE guidelines and school policies.
Subject specific PGTs & primary teachers are required to teach specific subjects.
