Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Solutioning to design and develop learning, skilling, and capacity-building solutions for government and public sector projects. The candidate should have expertise in solution design, proposal development, government RFPs/EOIs, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design learning and skilling solutions for government projects.
- Develop proposals and respond to government RFPs and EOIs.
- Engage with government bodies, ministries, Sector Skill Councils, and regulatory institutions.
- Develop solutions across school education, higher education, technical education, and vocational skilling.
- Integrate AI, GenAI, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies into learning solutions.
- Collaborate with presales, business development, instructional design,



and delivery teams.
- Prepare solution presentations and pitch decks for government stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in L&D;, solutioning, or presales.
- Experience in government/public sector skilling projects is preferred.
- Robust expertise in proposal development and RFP/EOI management.
- Knowledge of NEP 2020, NCVET, NCrF, SSCs, AICTE, and UGC frameworks.
- Understanding of technical education, higher education, and vocational skilling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design and learning architecture is an advantage.
