Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and reliable person to manage daily retail store operations, handle customer sales, maintain stock records, and manage cash and online payments.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

- Retail Store Management: Experience in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of rice, pulses (dal), and edible oils preferred.
- Sales: Ability to handle both wholesale and retail customers.
- Stock Management: Daily stock checking, stock matching, and inventory maintenance.
- Cash & Payment Reconciliation:



Maintain daily cash records and reconcile cash and online UPI payments against sales.
- Billing: Experience with POS billing systems is required.
- Excel: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Physical Work: Ability to lift and handle goods weighing up to 30 kg.

Working Hours & Benefits

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Weekly Off: One weekly off or one half-day, as per the store schedule.

Preferred Candidate

- Previous experience in grocery, supermarket, or food-product stores.
- Honest, punctual, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Able to manage stock, billing, and daily accounts accurately.
