Senior Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Media Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to scale customer acquisition while maintaining target CAC and ROAS benchmarks.
- Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, offers, and audience targeting to continuously improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
- Budget Allocation & Forecasting: Manage and allocate advertising budgets across channels based on performance trends, attribution data, and business objectives to maximize blended returns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, Conversion Rate, Retention, and CLV using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio; present actionable growth insights to leadership.
- Tracking & Attribution: Ensure accurate implementation of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution systems; collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and improve data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with creative, content, CRM, and retention teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, compelling messaging, and cohesive customer funnels.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience with D2C brands in Dairy, Food & Beverage, FMCG, or related consumer categories preferred.
- Funnel & Data Acumen: Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Copywriting Skills: Strong copywriting ability to draft high-converting ad copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
- Modern Tech: Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing technologies is a plus.
- Mindset: Robust communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
