- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
- Resolve site issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
- Prepare, maintain, and coordinate IR(Inspection Request), MIR (Material Inspection Request), and invoice booking as per project requirements.
- Manage the complete site handover process, ensuring all work is completed as per approved specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements, with all necessary documentation, approvals, and handover records.
- Ensure proper material reconciliation, work completion records, and closure of pending site activities.
