About the Role

This is a global position within Mars Digital Core Transformation Program, supporting the EOS program (RC only). The Rollout Analyst will be part of the Data workstream under the Customer Data Domain Lead organization. The role focuses on deploying Master Data Management (MDM) solutions related to customer data, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across teams and locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the deployment of the recommended MDM solution
- Collaborate closely with Domain Governance team to feedback current requirements, implement, and maintain the template solution.
- Work with third-party vendors responsible for data migration and cleansing activities.
- Partner with other streams, primarily L2C and Omni L2C, to support business processes with relevant customer master data.
- Assist in data cleansing and migration efforts for Salesforce and MDG deployments.
- Coordinate rollout activities, including reviewing test scenarios, validating migration strategies, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate communication between business, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment on security, solution build, and deployment progress.
- Track rollout progress, identify systemic issues, enforce data governance policies, and manage risks and blockers.
- Support adoption and real-world implementation by monitoring data integrity post-rollout and driving corrective actions.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on rollout progress, issues, and outcomes.
