Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Inspect components as per drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to the concerned department.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaint data
- Required skill - Valuable communication, observation, and problem-solving skills, Sound knowledge in Excel
