Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Quality Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web, mobile, and API-based applications throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role involves understanding business and technical requirements, preparing test plans and test cases, executing different types of testing, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with developers, product managers, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Review requirements, product specifications, and design documents to ensure clarity and testability.

- Prepare and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, compatibility, and performance testing.

- Test web applications, mobile applications, and APIs across different devices, browsers, operating systems, and screen resolutions.

- Identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects using Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.

- Perform manual testing and support automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.

- Conduct basic performance and load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools.





- Collaborate with developers and product teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.

- Ensure testing activities are completed within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.

- Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, testing progress, risks, and project limitations.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Functional Testing.

- Experience with Selenium or other automation testing frameworks.

- Good understanding of Web, Mobile API Testing.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Bugzilla, or similar defect tracking tools.

- Basic knowledge of Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and testing processes.

- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
