Experience: 3-5 years (Tablet Coating Material industry mandatory)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Travel: Frequent travel required (client visits & manufacturing plant)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute regional sales strategies
Engage with pharma, ayurvedic & nutraceutical manufacturers
Build strong client relationships and drive business development along with the sales
Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Collaborate with technical & R&D; teams for custom solutions
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions & industry forums




Monitor sales KPIs & contribute to regional growth
Frequent travel for client meetings and visits to the manufacturing plant

What We are Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in the Tablet Coating Material industry (must-have)
Strong network in North India's pharma/nutraceutical ecosystem
Solid understanding of coating technologies & formulation basics
Excellent communication, presentation & client-handling skills
Willingness to travel frequently

Bonus Points:
Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience with GMP, regulatory processes & B2B pharma sales
