We're seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to lead our furniture product innovation, driving growth and competitiveness. The role will develop innovative products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure market success.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop new furniture products and designs
- Ensure product quality, functionality, and aesthetics
- Manage product development teams
- Foster collaboration and innovation
- Work with design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams
- Ensure product feasibility and market alignment
- Oversee product launches
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback
- Product Reverse Engineering
- Value Engineering
- Monitoring and execution of new product launch
- Knowledge on Product Management Software

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
- Experience:



Minimum 10 years of experience in design engineering or a related field, preferably in furniture manufacturing / Automotive Car Seating Industry
- Strong skills in CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or SketchUp.
- Ability to design and develop innovative furniture products that meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
