Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) and New Project Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Manage new customer projects from feasibility review to production release.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Perform BOM verification and ensure alignment with drawing and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Prepare and review FAIR (AS9102), PPAP, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts and other quality documentation.
- Conduct sample inspection and qualification activities.
- Handle customer communication, project reviews and quality-related discussions.
- Clarify drawing and specification-related queries with customers and internal teams.
- Lead customer observation closure, deviation approvals and corrective action activities.

Technical Knowledge

- Wiring Harness Manufacturing and Quality Requirements
- Harness Drawing Interpretation and BOM Verification
- Crimping,



Soldering, Cable Assembly and Connector Identification
- Continuity, Hi-Pot and Insulation Resistance Testing

Quality Tools & Continuous Improvement:

- 8D Problem Solving
- 5 Why Analysis
- Fishbone (Ishikawa) Analysis
- PFMEA / DFMEA
- Control Plan
- SPC & MSA
- CAPA Management
- Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Initiation

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, ECE, Automobile Engineering or related discipline).
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, NPD, Wiring Harness, Aerospace, Automobile or Manufacturing industries.
- Experience in handling customer requirements, quality documentation and new project development activities is preferred.

Must have:

- Wiring harness knowledge
- Positive communication.

- Owner ship and Responsible in the assigned activity
