Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Non-Voice Process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, usage, and updates.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Maintain quality standards, response accuracy, and process compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Education: Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience preferred.
- Candidates with international voice, semi-voice, non-voice,



or content moderation experience are eligible.
- Good English communication skills, including written English and comprehension.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Age: Below 34 years.
- Candidates must not have any absconding history.

Salary Package

- Freshers: Up to 4 LPA
- International BPO Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA, depending on previous CTC and relevant experience.
- Content Moderation Experience: Up to 5 LPA for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Content Moderation.

Salary offers are subject to communication skills, relevant experience, and interview performance.

Work Schedule & Benefits

- 5 days working with 2 days off.
- 24/7 rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts.
- One-way cab facility available within a 25 km radius.
