- Lead the development of new products from concept to production.
- Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
- Conduct product testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure recent products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes.
- Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in production lines.
- Analyze data from Excel spreadsheets to optimize manufacturing processes and improve quality.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in NPD engineering.
- Proficiency in UG NX Catia CAD software
- Strong understanding of APQP principles and methodologies.
- Experience with PFMEA analysis tools like Poka Yoke or similar systems.
