Role Purpose Responsibility
We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to support tender documentation and process
adherence. The role requires fast and accurate typing, proper recordkeeping, and strict
compliance with company procedures.
1. Perform fast and accurate typing for tender documents, forms, and records
2. Ensure systematic documentation of all tenderrelated files and maintain
organized records
3. Adhere strictly to process guidelines, compliance standards, and deadlines
during data entry and documentation
4. Assist in preparing, formatting, and submitting tender documents as per
client requirements
5. Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update required
information
6. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive company data
7. Prepare daily/weekly reports to support management and audit requirements
8. Maintain ISOcompliant store records, including inward/outward registers, bin
cards, and stock ledgers
9. Follow data security and confidentiality policies to safeguard company
information
10. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and
accuracy in documentation and data management





Support Functions Liaison with internal teams
Skills Required
1. Fast and accurate typing with high attention to detail
2. Robust documentation and recordkeeping ability
3. Knowledge of ISOcompliant data management practices.
4. Ability to follow processes and compliance guidelines consistently
5. Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems for data entry and reporting
6. Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams
7. Strong sense of confidentiality and data security
8. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Experience Required
0-2 years as a Data Entry Operator ; Freshers with good communication skills, fast typing ability, and willingness to learn are welcome

Qualification Required
Minimum Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration,
Logistics, or related field

A detailoriented and disciplined professional (or fresher) with fast typing speed and high accuracy, capable of handling tender documentation and records-keeping with precision.

Mandatory

Must be a local from Mumbai Suburbs or nearby areas.
